With 26 years of experience in logistics, she has seen and done it all when it comes to freight management: domestic, international, warehousing, sales, operations, leadership roles, and more.
As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry who is also raising three daughters, she has a special opportunity to provide an example for her children. She gets to show them how to stand out and forge a unique path that aligns with her core values, how to build something to be proud of, and how to take control of her own future. Most of all, how to give back to the community and to serve others.
After more than two decades in the same industry, she’s even more passionate now than she was when she first began her career. LaRae understands the importance of continually improving on one’s craft—she’s discovering new information from other industries, utilizing advances in freight technology, and is excited to continue to hone skills in other areas to never stop growing.
